Painter I Job Duties and Requirements:

• Assist painters by cleaning, sanding, patching, taping, and masking surfaces prior to paint application.
• Apply paint or finish coatings to walls, trim, and fixtures using rollers and brushes.
• Clean and maintain all painting tools, brushes, sprayers, and equipment; safely store materials.
• Act as an extra set of hands for lead painters on large-scale renovation or repair projects.
• Follow all instructions and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe work environment.
