Convenience Store Compliance Mystery Shopper

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Convenience Store Compliance Mystery Shopper to help ensure our convenience store locations are following company policies and legal requirements related to age-restricted product sales. This role involves visiting assigned store locations and attempting to purchase tobacco and alcohol products as part of compliance testing.

The Mystery Shopper will evaluate whether store employees properly request and verify identification before completing sales of age-restricted items. Following each visit, the shopper will complete a detailed report documenting their experience, including employee interactions, adherence to ID verification procedures, and overall store compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visits to assigned store locations
• Attempt purchases of age-restricted products in accordance with compliance testing guidelines
• Accurately observe and document employee adherence to ID verification policies
• Submit timely and detailed reports after each store visit
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all assignments
• Follow all company policies and legal compliance requirements
