Responsibilities :
Lead and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Partner with the Learning & Development team to ensure staff training and performance meet expectations and deliver an unmatched client experience.
Collaborate with the Medical Director to maintain high-quality medical care and optimize veterinarian schedules for client needs.
Manage various aspects of the facility, including purchasing, property management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Develop annual budgets, monitor practice revenue, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications :
At least 3 years of veterinary management experience required.
Veterinary marketing experience is beneficial.
Experience as a licensed veterinary technician (LVT) or certified veterinary practice manager (CVPM) is ideal but not required.
SHRM-CP, BS or other advanced degrees are a plus.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building and staff development.
Decisive decision-making ability and effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.
