Your role involves understanding customer concerns, coordinating vehicle service and repairs, and setting clear expectations about repair needs and timelines.This position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule vehicle service appointments in person or by phone to diagnose issues accurately and promptlyProvide updates to customers on repair status and notify them if timing changes are necessaryObtain customer authorization for repair estimate revisions when applicableRecommend repairs and maintenance while managing customer expectationsEnsure all repairs undergo quality control checks and/or road tests before deliveryStay current on vehicle operations, warranties, campaigns, state lemon laws, and Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs)Meet or exceed all service level targets consistentlyComplete required documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and standardsAdhere to and enforce all safety policies and proceduresParticipate in staff meetings, trainings, and educational programs as requiredPerform additional duties as assigned to support department and company goalsCompensation and Work EnvironmentWe offer competitive pay based on experience in a professional, drug-free, and non-smoking workplace. Job Requirement:QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAt least one year of experience at a dealer-level or large automotive facility preferredValid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong customer service focus with professionalism and dependabilityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBasic computer and internet proficiencyProfessional appearance and strong work ethicAbility to read and understand instructions clearlyPhysical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
