Embroidery Operator

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Customization Operator's main function is to learn how to operate the various pieces of equipment necessary to decorate the hard and soft goods sold to our clients in a safe and productive manner. This includes, but is not limited to embroidery, heat transfer, and laser engraving machines. The position requires operators to load and unload sometime heavy and awkward shipments. To be able to count and record merchandise in an accurate and timely fashion. The operator will be expected to help maintain the machinery and keep the workspace in an organized and clean manner to assure a safe working environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Operates all customization equipment in a safe and productive manner in according with company policies and procedures.
• Follows both written and verbal instructions to complete assignments accurately and on time.
• Loads and unloads both incoming and outbound shipments keeping accurate records of each shipment.
• Prepares finished goods for shipment, including trimming, touch-ups, and packaging in a professional manner.
• Records completed project, filing work orders, and helping to maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Performs general maintenance on customization machinery in accordance with manufacturer's requirements.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
