Infusion Supervisor

A company is looking for an Infusion Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the non-clinical infusion support team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise non-clinical infusion staff and manage queue and workload distribution

Facilitate daily huddles and conduct bi-weekly team audits to ensure workflow accuracy

Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and billing to resolve operational issues

Required Qualifications

BA or equivalent preferred

3-5 years of healthcare experience preferred

Demonstrated ability to work with physicians and leadership teams
