Behavioral Health Therapist Acute Services

• The hiring range :

Bachelor's Level = $50,003 - $60,008 annually

Master's Level Unlicensed = $58,011 - $69,618 annually

Master's Level Licensed = $66,040 – 79,217 annually

All levels based on relevant years of experience

Employees working at locations operating 24 / 7 earn a differential.  Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Role Overview :

Responsible for providing assessment, crisis intervention, individual, family, and group therapy as well as case management. Develop and monitor service plans, treatment progress, document interactions and maintain clinical records and other reporting data for clients with mild to severe mental illness, disorders, and / or disabilities and substance use disorders. Coordinate with internal as well as external supportive services to deliver services to client. Collaborate with medical providers, nurses, behavioral health technicians, case managers, peer specialists and psychiatrists regarding treatment. The role will work with and advocate for diverse and often marginalized populations daily to provide interventions, support, and resources, and to ensure that the appropriate services are offered in an inclusive and equitable manner.

Highly Desired :

Master's degree in the Human Services field from an accredited College or University preferred

Experience in coordinating mental health intervention plans and services with other agencies preferred

CAT / CAS certification highly desired

Current Colorado professional license in appropriate discipline (LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT) preferred

Bilingual / bi-cultural preferred
