Entry-Level Machine Operator – Paid Training

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus | No Experience Needed

Schedule

2nd Shift : Monday–Thursday | 3 : 00 PM – 1 : 30 AM

(Flexible start / end times possible; overtime as needed)

What You’ll Learn & Do

  • Operate production machines (training provided)
  • Inspect parts for quality
  • Set up materials and support production flow
  • Learn multiple areas of the shop over time
  • Follow safety procedures
  • Work as part of a supportive team
  • ? What We’re Looking For
  • Reliable and ready to learn new skills
  • Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Basic mechanical aptitude helpful (but not required)
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to pass drug screen and background check
