As the first and last impression for our guests, our Host / Hostess plays a key role in delivering the warm, welcoming service Stacked is known for.

What You’ll Do

Greet every guest with a smile and make them feel at home

Manage reservations and waitlists to keep the flow of service running smoothly

Communicate with servers and bartenders to ensure timely seating and great service

Answer phones, take to-go orders, and assist with basic guest inquiries

Keep the host stand and entry area clean, organized, and inviting

Jump in to help the team wherever needed during busy shifts

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills

Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant

Team-oriented mindset—you’re the connection point between guests and staff

Dependability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours

Prior host / hostess or customer service experience is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
