Soft Skills : Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; additional certification in medical billing or health information technology can be beneficial. Candidates must be available for full-time employment and not currently enrolled in school or any academic program

Come join the team at Minnesota Rehabilitation Medicine Associates in Minneapolis, MN, US. We are looking for an attentive and detail-oriented data entry person. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining sensitive patient and administrative information in compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
Compensation : $19 - $21 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Data Input : Accurately enter patient demographic information, medical histories, and billing information into Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and databases.
- Data Integrity : Verify and audit data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Billing Support : Assist with administrative tasks related to billing, including entering insurance details.
- Confidentiality : Adhere strictly to data privacy protocols and maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Administrative Support : Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, managing faxes, and generating reports or summaries for audits and quality assurance.
