Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable for results and performance
Own financial performance, including budgeting and resource allocation
Build and optimize systems, processes, and workflows to support efficiency and scalability
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proven experience in running or scaling a business or division
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and hold accountable within a mission-driven culture
Strong organizational skills with a focus on execution
Experience in scaling revenue and operations in a growth-stage organization
Preferred experience operating within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
