We’re partnering with a middle-market private credit platform in New York City that’s looking to add a Vice President to its Special Assets team. This group sits within the firm’s Risk function and leads all aspects of restructuring, workouts, and turnaround efforts across a broad portfolio.

What the role looks like :

  • Blend of hands-on restructuring work and select opportunistic investing
  • Lead and support active workouts and turnaround execution
  • Take ownership of delegated deals and drive outcomes across complex situations

What they’re looking for :

  • 6+ years of experience
  • Background in restructuring advisory
  • Additional exposure to investing or underwriting (private credit or private equity preferred)
