Test Manager - Mastery

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Test Manager.

Position type : Contract

Duration : 12 Months

Location : Springfield MA / Boston MA

Onsite : 3 Days onsite 2 Days remote

Duties :

• The Onshore Test Manager is responsible for coordinating with offshore teams, preparing, and reviewing test artifacts, and leading review meetings with Business partners.

Ensures that applications and functionalities are thoroughly tested, validated, reviewed with SMEs / Product Owners, and signed off before production deployment.

Responsibilities

Ability to be vocal and proactive during business / stakeholder calls, asking clarifying questions, and working independently without constant direction.

Preferred

Ability to leverage AI for drafting test artifacts, summarizing requirements, analyzing defects, improving test coverage, or automating repetitive QA tasks.
