[job_card.job_description]Recruit and engage potential foster / kinship families. Organize and oversee training and verification of foster homes. Conduct home visits and provide 24 / 7 on-call support. Coordinate child placements and collaborate with intake / licensing staff. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with licensing standards. Advocate for cultural sensitivity and teamwork. Preferred : Master's or Bachelor's in Social Work or related field. Bilingual candidates preferred. Must meet one of four qualification options based on education and experience in child-placing activities. Position Summary :
The role focuses on supporting children in the Foster Care / Kinship Program by managing a caseload of families seeking to become kinship foster homes. The specialist coordinates with other agencies, conducts home visits, facilitates training, and ensures regulatory compliance.
