[job_card.job_description]Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to evaluate student needs. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans. Provide direct speech-language therapy services in one-on-one, small group, and classroom settings. Address articulation, fluency, voice, receptive / expressive language, and social communication challenges. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to support student progress. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with Ohio Department of Education (ODE) and IDEA guidelines. Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions. Train and support teachers and staff on speech-language strategies and classroom accommodations. Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology License. Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Pupil Services License for SLPs (required for school-based positions). Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred. Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required. Competitive Pay : We negotiate on your behalf to ensure you get a pay package that fits your needs. Work-Life Balance : Enjoy contracts up to 40 hours per week, unlike salaried positions, you would be paid time 1.5 for anything approved over 40 hours by your supervisor. Material Reimbursement : Reimbursement of $250.00 for any supplies purchased for your classroom Professional Development : We offer a reimbursement of $500.00 towards professional development this can include : CEU's, licensing fees, etc Medical, dental, and vision are offered Continued insurance coverage over the summer is optional for the employee. - Schedule : 8am - 4pm (8 / 19 / 25 - 5 / 15 / 26)
Hourly Rate Range : $43.00-$60.00 per hour
