Head of Marketing

A company is looking for a Head of Marketing to drive growth and brand development in the fertility and family planning sector.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the growth engine for efficient, scalable acquisition across both donors and intended parents

Build and evolve a multi-channel marketing strategy, including performance marketing and emerging channels

Lead a high-performing team while optimizing the full funnel from acquisition to retention

Required Qualifications

8-12+ years of marketing experience with significant ownership of growth and acquisition

Minimum of 3 years in management or leadership roles

Experience scaling high-growth DTC startups, preferably in consumer health or marketplace sectors

Strong foundation in performance marketing and comfort with organic channels

Proven track record of developing and managing high-performing teams
