  • Schedule

    • 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm Monday - Friday

  • Clinical Details

    • Up to 21 Patients Per Day

  • Newborns - Geriatrics
  • Requirements

    • Board Certified or Eligible

  • Active WA License Required
  • Active WA DEA
  • ACLS, BLS
  • Must be comfortable with high patient volume
  • Must be comfortable working with all ages
  • Must have experience in Community Health Centers or express interest in working with vulnerable populations
  • Not required to be bilingual but would be a huge bonus
  • Basic Bread and Butter Procedures, Injections, IUD placement, Minor Wound Care
  • MUST have a clean background / No Malpractice
  • Support Staff

    • Dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider

  • EMR

    • Epic
