Purchasing Coordinator

A company is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to provide procurement support to the Procurement Department.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process purchase requisitions from internal departments

Place orders and ensure competitive pricing of products and services

Monitor orders for accurate and timely delivery and contract compliance

Required Qualifications

High school diploma / GED required; bachelor's degree in supply chain or accounting preferred

One year of purchasing or accounting experience preferred

Previous experience with procurement or enterprise resource planning systems preferred

Ability to maintain professional demeanor in all business transactions

Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
