Critical Care Physician Opportunity - West Palm Beach, Florida

A well-established Critical Care team in the West Palm Beach area is seeking two additional Intensivists to join a high-performing, cohesive practice serving a 24-bed ICU. This is an exceptional opportunity to live and work in one of Florida's most desirable coastal regions.

Position Highlights

• 15 shifts per month (12-hour shifts)
• Balanced schedule with only 3-4 night shifts per month
• Open ICU with 24 beds, including 4 Neuro ICU beds
• Day coverage includes 1 Intensivist + 1 Nurse Practitioner
• Night coverage includes 1 Intensivist
• Supportive group of 6 full-time Critical Care physicians
• Collaborative environment with strong hospital support
