Office Manager – Neuro-Vision Associates of North Texas

Neuro-Vision Associates of North Texas is a leading neuro-optometric and vision rehabilitation practice dedicated to helping patients recover and improve their visual function after brain injury and neurological conditions.

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure an excellent patient experience in our growing specialty practice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front and back office operations and staff scheduling
  • Oversee patient flow, communication, and customer service
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, billing, and documentation standards
  • Coordinate with insurance and billing partners
  • Track office performance and implement process improvements
  • Manage vendors, supplies, and facility operations

    • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of medical office management or healthcare administration experience (optometry or rehab setting preferred)
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in EMR / EHR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Passion for patient care and team success
