Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a skilled and personable Customer Service Representative to assist with event support in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a contract position requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth operations at the registration counter.

Responsibilities:
• Assist attendees with completing registration forms and provide guidance throughout the registration process.
• Ensure the registration counter is organized and operates efficiently during the event.
• Address questions and concerns from event participants with courtesy and a focus on detail.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Verify attendee information and distribute necessary materials, such as event passes or vouchers.
• Monitor and restock supplies needed for the registration area.
• Provide clear directions to attendees regarding event logistics and parking arrangements.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the registration process promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of participant information and event attendance.
• Assist with event set-up to ensure all required materials and equipment are in place.• Previous experience in administrative or hospitality roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with event attendees.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with registration processes and forms.
• Proficiency in resolving issues and providing excellent customer service.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when managing participant information.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances during event operations.
• Availability to work during specified event dates and times.
