(EE, ME, or related) plus 5+ years in product management for power and / or thermal solutions. Strong technical grasp of power electronics (AC / DC, DC / DC, DC / AC converters, drives, chargers) and thermal management technologies (EC fans, liquid cooling, pumps, solenoids). Skilled in market research, data analysis, business case development, and cross-functional collaboration. Commercial judgement to set strategy, pricing, roadmaps, and revenue targets. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and influence across organizations. Familiarity with industrial sectors such as Appliance, Food & Beverage, Material Handling, Off-Road, CNC, Energy, Packaging, Oil & Gas. Self-starter with strong initiative, presentation skills, and ability to manage multiple projects. Travel : 20–30%, domestic and international.
