Today, Desert Hand and Physical Therapy has grown to 10 locations around the Valley. With Certified Hand Therapists (CHT) at each location and several licensed physical therapists, our team can provide expert individualized treatment to each patient experiencing trauma, illness, or injury.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum.
• 1.5 + Years’ hands-on experience in Upper extremity
• New grad OT's interested in hand and upper extremities welcome
• Current AZ license and CPR certification.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone who enters the clinic.

Additional Information

• Compensation: New grad OTs in mentorship program, range is $72 - $75K
• OT's with 1-2 years of hand experience: $78K - $82K
• CHTs - $90 - 95K
• 5K sign-on bonus offered
