Payment Specialist

A company is looking for a Payment Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely payment processing and optimize payment runs for efficiency

Analyze transaction data to identify trends and prepare reports on payment performance

Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve payment issues and assist with tax reporting and lien requests

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with high-volume disbursements / payouts in e-commerce or online marketplaces

Experience working with third-party payment providers to resolve payment issues

Strong understanding of payouts compliance requirements, including KYC and tax reporting

Proven ability to analyze transaction-level data to identify trends and issues

Experience optimizing payment-related processes for efficiency and accuracy
