Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional collaboration. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Location : Dallas–Fort Worth Metro Area (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Compensation : Competitive base salary + annual performance bonus

Position Overview :
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and oversee all aspects of brand marketing, digital engagement, and customer experience strategy. The CMO will lead a national marketing organization responsible for brand positioning, creative direction, media strategy, sponsorships, and innovation across all channels—including digital, social, experiential, and in-store. This individual will drive the next chapter of the brand's growth through data-driven marketing, impactful storytelling, and modern consumer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the strategic development and execution of the brand's national marketing and communications plan.
- Oversee integrated marketing efforts across advertising, digital, social, PR, influencer, and field marketing teams.
- Partner closely with operations, product development, and finance teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing organization that combines creativity with analytical rigor.
- Direct digital transformation initiatives, including mobile app engagement, loyalty programs, and CRM optimization.
- Develop consumer insights and analytics capabilities to drive brand relevance and customer retention.
- Manage national sponsorships, partnerships, and community marketing activations.
- Oversee the marketing budget, media spend, and performance metrics to ensure ROI-driven decision-making.
- Serve as the brand's external ambassador at key industry, media, and partnership events.
