Salary : $40,000 - 43,000

Job Summary :

As an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations across the organization. Responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist :

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone, email, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity .
• Create and maintain accurate documentation for support procedures, FAQs, and system configurations.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
• Educate users on best practices and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Collaborate with the IT Director and team to support infrastructure projects and system upgrades
• Assist in setting up and configuring workstations , laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and equipment provisioning.
• Participate in inventory management and equipment tracking.
