A company is looking for a Product Leader to drive product strategy and execution in healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the product roadmap for Claims, Benefits, and Payment Integrity to achieve measurable operational outcomes

Collaborate with Engineering, Data Analytics, and Operations teams to define and execute product initiatives

Communicate insights, progress, and outcomes to senior stakeholders effectively

Required Qualifications

8+ years of software product management experience, with at least 4 years in healthcare or health insurance

Proven track record of delivering results and shipping new workflows / solutions

Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data for product strategy

Experience in a care delivery environment, collaborating with clinical and operational leaders

Understanding of payment incentives and frameworks for value-based care
