Human Resources Manager

A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinates and conducts management training related to associate relations and recruitment

Investigates and advises management on associate relations issues and conducts exit interviews

Supports recruitment plans and conducts new hire orientation and HR assessments

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree (B.A.), Master's preferred

Two to five years of multi-unit HR generalist and associate relations experience

Experience in a high customer contact setting

SPHR / PHR Certification preferred

Ability to read and interpret financial reports and legal documents
