Strong communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically. - Get paid $18.50 per hour¹

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We’ll give you amazing continuous support for everything.
Required Experience & Skills To be successful in this Gig as a Service Provider for TurboTax you will need to be proficient in the following :
