Key Responsibilities
Manage departmental email inbox and task queue, ensuring timely handling of operational tasks
Support sales teams by maintaining operating policies, documenting program rules, and coordinating with central support teams
Conduct data analysis and reporting, updating compliance requirements and assisting with project data organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
4 years of operations experience, preferably in financial services
Knowledge of broker-dealer and custodial platforms and investment products
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
Experience with Workday preferred
