[job_card.job_description]Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field. PGA Member or Associate in good standing (preferred but not required). 3+ years of experience in golf administration or youth sports programming. Strong knowledge of the Rules of Golf. Ability to travel extensively during the peak summer season. Strategic Expansion : Develop and implement a growth plan to increase junior membership and tournament participation. Tournament Excellence : Oversee the scheduling, administration, and on-site execution of the South Central Junior Tour & Players Tour, ensuring a "Major Championship" feel for players of all skill levels. Fundraising & Sponsorship : Work alongside the Executive Director to identify and secure corporate partners to keep junior golf affordable and accessible. Digital Presence : Elevate the brand of South Central Junior Golf through creative social media content and modernized communication with parents and players. Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package (Health, Dental, Vision). Simple IRA with employer match. PGA Dues allowance and professional development opportunities. The chance to shape the future of golf in the South Central Section. Base Salary : $45,000 – $55,000 (commensurate with experience). Growth Incentives : Performance-based bonuses tied directly to program growth (increased participation numbers) and revenue milestones. Activation Bonuses : Additional compensation for the successful acquisition and management of new sponsorships and donor contributions.

Our mission is to positively impact lives through the game of golf, and we need a leader who can scale our junior programming—specifically the South Central Junior Tour & Players Tour —to new heights. This isn’t just about coordinating tournaments; it’s about building a sustainable ecosystem that introduces golf to a diverse new generation.
