Seeking part time Program Coordinator for growing Mental Health Practice.

Memory Training Centers of Florida is seeking a part time Program Coordinator to join our administrative team . Our Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating many aspects of the program and helping us to expand our growing practice. The primary role will include managing patient records, including scheduling patient appointments, managing patient information spreadsheets, and managing patient files. Additionally, a key role will be assisting with the billing and insurance systems, human resources program, as well as office management, answering phones, and general program assistance.

Candidates must be detail-oriented, project-focused, friendly and warm, and able to work independently. Experience with patient scheduling and coordination and / or medical billing is a plus!
