• Mixture of OR, office, and busy call with 12 or 24 hour hotel pager call
• 1200 births per year with about 80 per month average
• Post call days off typically at 12 pm after night call
• 1 to 2 weeks per month schedule
• Utilizes Perfect Serve for calls from ED and medical units
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
