The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong grasp of GAAP and real estate accounting principles. Working collaboratively, the new team member will contribute to financial accuracy and portfolio performance by preparing timely financial reports, reconciling accounts, and coordinating with property management while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external reporting requirements.
