Ideally, you should have some experience with pastries and desserts, particularly in high-volume or hospitality settings. Attention to detail, exceptional time management, and the ability to excel in a bustling kitchen are essential for success in this position. Candidates must be flexible to work early mornings, as well as weekends and holidays as necessary.
Experience with traditional European pastry techniques is a plus!
