Sodexo Live! is hiring Servers for one of the East Coasts premier ski destinations - Smugglers Notch Resort in Jeffersonville VT!

Servers are key to creating memorable guest experiences - youll interact with guests and help build the warm upbeat mountain resort atmosphere Cranmore is famous for.

What Youll Do

Servers play a key role in welcoming guests helping them enjoy their dining experience and delivering warm friendly efficient service.

Responsibilities include :

  • Set up and stock your station based on daily assignments
  • Greet guests share specials and take beverage and food orders
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items preparations flavors and pairings
  • Provide responsible alcohol service and verify guest age as required
  • Suggest menu items confirm orders for accuracy and process through POS
  • Support a positive guest experience with attentive personable service

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Age 21
  • TIPS / TEAM certification (or equivalent)
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong teamwork communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to stand and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work nights weekends holidays and extended / irregular hours as needed
