Quality Manager

Job Description

We’re seeking a Quality Manager to lead and elevate quality across precision machining, CNC, and fabrication operations. This role is hands-on and strategic-owning the quality system, driving continuous improvement, and partnering closely with operations and engineering to deliver best-in-class products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality team across machining and fabrication
• Own the Quality Management System (ISO-based) and customer compliance
• Oversee inspection and measurement processes, including CMM and GD&T
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
• Partner with operations to reduce scrap, rework, and customer escapes
• Lead audits, supplier quality, and new process validations
