Program Manager

Location : Main St, Bridgewater

Hours : 40 hours / week

Salary Range : $58,697 / year

    • What You’ll Do :

    Provide operational and clinical leadership for a program, ensuring exceptional person‑centered care and full compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Oversee daily program operations, staffing, and budget management
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and professional development to staff
  • Ensure program fidelity and compliance with funding sources, state requirements, and agency policies
  • Serve as a point of contact for families, stakeholders, and community partners
  • Use data to guide decisions and continuously improve outcomes

    • What You Bring :

  • Required : High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred but not required
  • Essential : Valid driver’s license (3 years if under age 21) and reliable transportation
  • Understanding : Commitment to inclusion and supporting individuals in full community participation
  • Skills : Clear communication, basic computer proficiency, teamwork, and professionalism
  • Bonus : Fluency in English; multilingual ability a plus
