Join Muse Freight, a leading company in the Transport & Logistics industry, as a Sales Representative in Freight Brokerage. At Muse Freight, we are passionate about delivering exceptional service and exceeding our clients' expectations. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. We are looking for Freight Brokers in the Phoenix, AZ Area. Muse Freight Corporate Office, Located in Overland Park, Kansas, offers a hybrid remote work environment that provides flexibility and work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to work remotely while also being part of a collaborative team. Salary plus 10% to 40% GM commission plan with NO seat cost!!!!

Responsibilities

  • Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries and needs.
  • New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Account Analysis : Analyze client accounts, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement or upselling.
  • Problem Solving : Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Transport & Logistics industry.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Customer Focus : Strong customer service orientation, always striving to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks.
  • Team Player : Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address client needs and overcome challenges.
