Coding and Development Specialist for Microsoft Solutions

In this full-time role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 toolssuch as Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automateto support the daily operations of our logistics business. You'll work closely with multiple departments to streamline digital workflows, resolve technical issues, and implement smart solutions that improve efficiency. Technical Skills

Proven experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem : SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Forms, etc.

Proficiency in Power Automate for creating and managing automated workflows

Strong understanding of Power Apps and Power BI is a plus

Experience managing user permissions and access in Microsoft environments (SharePoint, Teams)

Familiarity with basic networking , cloud file systems, and device management

Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues across multiple devices and platforms

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain user accounts, access, and permissions across Microsoft 365

Create, improve, and manage Power Automate flows (eg, for HR, compliance, accounting)

Build and maintain SharePoint sites and document libraries

Provide technical support and training to staff (in English and / or Spanish preferred)

Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues

Collaborate with compliance, dispatch, TNT, and accounting teams to improve digital processes

Assist in integrating new technologies or third-party tools (eg, YakChat, Power BI, etc.)

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Good communicator able to explain complex technology in simple terms

Proactive mindset : suggest improvements, not just wait for instructions

Other Requirements

Fluent in Spanish English proficiency is a plus

Availability during US business hours

Reliable internet connection and home office setup

Willing to work full-time (40 hours / week)

Bonus : Experience supporting companies in the logistics or transportation industry
