Diverse Case Mix : General Surgery, Endoscopy, Vascular, OB, Ortho, Bariatric, UroGyn ( no heart, neuro, or thoracic )

Low OB Epidural Volume : Focused, efficient practice with ~100 deliveries / month (C-section rate 15%)

Supervision Ratio : 1 physician to 3 CRNAs

Work Environment : 7 ORs, adult-focused with low pediatric exposure, EMR (Epic)

Permanent Role Benefits : Relocation up to $5k, $25k starting bonus, additional bonuses in year 2 & 3, CME allowance $2,500 + 1 week CME time
