Job Summary

We are a custom furniture manufacturer looking for a Machine Sander to support production finishing. This role uses sanding machines not hand sanding. The right candidate is detail-oriented reliable and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment focused on high-quality custom-built furniture.

This is not general labor. We are looking for someone with prior machine sanding or production finishing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate industrial sanding machines to finish custom furniture components
  • Inspect pieces for surface quality and consistency
  • Adjust machine settings as needed to meet finish specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Follow safety and quality standards at all times
  • Work closely with production and finishing teams to meet deadlines

Details : Job Title

  • Experience operating sanding machines or similar production equipment
  • Manufacturing or woodworking environment experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
