Production Clerk (Bilingual Spanish/English)

This role will provide administrative support to the Plant in the production area.

Production Clerk Essential Functions:

1. Assist Production Supervisors in day-to-day activities.
2. Assist in the administration of shop orders and sales orders.
3. Process daily work orders and produce the required paperwork to complete daily assignments. Such as printing of shop orders, finished good tickets, RTS tickets, labels, instruction sheets, and any copying of documents that might be needed.
4. Provide Quality Control, Production, and Inventory support when needed.
5. Attend daily progress meetings when needed.
6. Check the inventory of materials when line shortages occur.
7. Filing of daily and weekly documents.
8. Help translate when needed.
9. Navigate effortlessly thru LN.

Education, Experience, Skills:

Experience: At least 1 year of office/general business experience

Skills: Bi-lingual (Spanish/English), must be computer literate, Microsoft Office preferred, detail-oriented, and have the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. Must have good organization skills and communication skills.

Education: High school diploma. Must be 18 years or older.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $33,365-47,365, with eligibility for OT after 40 hours worked and an annual bonus. The actual base salary depends on various factors and could be above or below the range depending on the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, business needs, and market demand. The full salary range for this role reflects this position's competitive labor market value and provides an opportunity to progress as associates grow and develop within the role. Bonuses are paid based on RTC's financial results. Any payouts awarded in the first year of employment are pro-rated based on the start date. Program rules are subject to change at management's discretion.
