Graphic Designer I

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Graphic Designer for a prominent client of ours. This position is remote Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• $25.00 - $30.00/HR to start! W2
• 12-month contract (Potential to extend/convert based on performance/budget) (Fully remote)

Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop a visually impactful presentation deck that communicates the retail Service & Selling model.
• Create an eye-catching infographic and logo that align with the visual identities of company.
• Ensure final assets are delivered in image formats suitable for PowerPoint with editable capabilities for internal teams.
• Incorporate feedback to refine and evolve visuals while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is clear, visually engaging, and aligned with business goals.
• Interpret complex service and selling strategies into clear, digestible, and aesthetically pleasing visuals.
• Stay up to date on brand standards and design trends to continuously elevate the visual output.

Qualifications:

• Minimum HSD/GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in a retail or beauty industry context.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in infographic design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation tools like PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting and explaining design rationale.
• Ability to balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Understanding of package and graphic design principles is preferred.
