About the Role
We're seeking a motivated Lead Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who's eager to break into sales and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound prospecting
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine targeting strategies
- Hit and exceed monthly activity and meeting goal
