Role Summary

A Server at Drake's WEHO is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests. The Server is expected to perform in a hospitable, efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive and anticipatory to guests needs. Our goal is to make everyone feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed, while exceeding expectations of all.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism with each team member and guest
• Develop and retain a complete knowledge of all food, beverage, and dietary restrictions to answer guest questions
• Ensure all steps of service are followed
• Execute opening and closing procedures associated with assigned station
• Work seamlessly and communicate with all team members
• Assistant to assure guests have a valuable overall experience
• Handle disputes and / or complaints with the utmost respect, professionalism and hospitality and go above and beyond to always accommodate special request
• Attend Food, Wine and Team training opportunities
