Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and ideal candidate profiles
Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt roles, including sourcing, screening, and selection
Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality salaried candidates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
5+ years of experience in recruitment, focusing on professional / salaried roles
Proven ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing
Strong sourcing skills and experience with ATS and professional network platforms
