About the Position:
This client is located in Marion, MA and has the option of being either part-time or full-time as the open schedule is for 7 days a week. Very attractive long shifts options available, start with 40 hours!
We are seeking a home health aide to join our team. The home health aide will be responsible for providing assistance and personal care services in patient care areas under the supervision of the Registered Nurse or Doctor. The home health aide will help maintain a clean and healthy patient environment, participate in patient care activities, document patient care activities, and assist whenever needed in any other areas by following established patient care procedures. The home health aide will also document any changes in the patients condition or their activity levels that may be necessary for review by the Registered Nurse or Doctor.

CNA / HHA Positions Available
8-12 hour shifts
Weekend shifts
Responsibilities:
Perform routine activities of daily living (including bathing, dressing, using the bathroom, eating, drinking etc.)in patients' rooms or apartments
Observe and report changes in patients' physical condition and emotional condition such as increase or decrease in appetite, pain, vomiting etc.
Act as a mediator between patients and family members regarding issues related to health care
Maintain accurate records and report any changes in patients condition or family members' changes in status to the RN
Assist with household chores and light housekeeping when needed
Comply with nursing protocols and procedures.
