Texas Licensed Insurance Specialist

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist II to support the Radiation / Imaging / Diagnostic Department in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor delinquent accounts and perform collection duties

Review payment postings for accuracy and resolve billing errors

Contact patients to secure past due balances and answer billing inquiries

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required

Minimum two (2) years combined medical billing and payment experience required

Demonstrate knowledge of state, federal, and third-party claims processing

Minimum four (4) years combined medical billing and payment experience preferred for higher levels

Associates degree in Finance or Business preferred for senior level candidates
