About the Role

Since 2005, Top Street Performance (TSP) has been a trusted name in the classic car and performance parts industry. We specialize in providing high-quality components for automotive enthusiasts and builders around the world. We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Auto Parts Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with popular engine platforms and related components, combined with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for automotive customers and dealers.

• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions related to engine and component installations.

• Assist customers with product selection, setup, and compatibility questions.

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively via phone and email.

• Work collaboratively with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Working knowledge of the following engine platforms:

  • SBC (Small Block Chevy)

  • BBC (Big Block Chevy)

  • SBF (Small Block Ford)

  • BBF (Big Block Ford)

  • LS, LT, Coyote, and Godzilla engines

• Understanding of:

  • LS/LT wiring harnesses

  • Distributors and ignition systems (including coil-on-plug)

  • Rocker arms, camshafts, and water pumps

  • Alternators, A/C systems, and power steering systems

• Strong customer service and professional phone etiquette.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe PDF.

• Multi-lingual ability is a plus.
